Paypoint UK offers in-store payment services for consumers, retailer services as well as secure mobile and online multi-channel payment solutions for businesses.

In March 2015 Paypoint UK had secured funding to deliver a number of initiatives to digitalise and automate their internal infrastructure systems based in Welwyn Garden City to scale in line with their increasing user base.

Given their constraints in delivery and knowledge in new technical areas they required a delivery partner to provide a team of qualified engineers across their 3 main towers – Technical, Network and Database services and enlisted the support of Residency to upgrade their existing infrastructure.
